The EU-Directive 2000/53/EG is concerned with the take-back of end-of-life vehicles and it is implemented in the UK through the 'end-of-life' vehicle legislation and its relevant provisions. These UK regulations came into force on 3rd March 2005.
Therefore at the end of your smart's life you can return it to us for environmentally friendly disposal in accordance with the EU Directive on End-of-Life Vehicle Law.
