Vehicle recovery
If it is not possible to get your smart fortwo back on the road on the spot, it will be taken to the nearest smart center.
Replacement vehicle
If it is not possible to get the vehicle back on the road again immediately, you will be provided with a replacement vehicle for the duration of the repair; however, for a maximum of two working days (48 hours).
Replacement mobility
Or you can continue your journey on public transport, by taxi or train.
Hotel accommodation
Would you prefer to stay locally? No problem. smartmove Assistance will also pay for hotel accommodation for you and your passenger.
Taxi
Of course we’ll also bring you there. smartmove Assistance will pay for a taxi or an alternative means of transport to take you to your hotel or car hire firm.
