Q. I am not happy with what the driver has put on the Vehicle Inspection Report. What should I do?

Q. I don’t agree with the invoice I've received for damage / excess mileage. Who can I contact to discuss this?

Q. Can you remove my phone kit / decals?
A. No, all phone kits and extras must be removed prior to return. Any holes should be repaired to our Vehicle Return Standards. We will, unfortunately, have to charge for any damage to the vehicle. Please visit our Vehicle Return Standards to see visual examples of the condition in which your car should be returned.
Q. I've left some items in my vehicle that I would like returned. Can you send them back to me?
A. Certainly. We’ll check the vehicle and if the items are there, we’ll be happy to send them back. Just call us on 0370 1121 0535.
Q. Where does my vehicle go to and what happens to it?
A. The vehicle is returned to our De-fleet centre for inspection and prepared for sale.
