Q. How can I discuss my options before my agreement ends?

A. These will be highlighted in the maturity letter that you'll receive six months and three months before the end of your agreement. You can also look at your different options in the Agreement end section of this website.

Q. I want to keep my car but cannot make the full final Guaranteed Future Value. Can I refinance this?

A. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refinancing option, however, we may be able to support you on a short term basis with an extension to your original agreement, please contact us to discuss.

Q. How much is my Guaranteed Future Value / Optional Purchase Payment?

A. You'll find the answer on your agreement. Alternatively, you can give us a call and we'll let you know if you give us; your name, registration number and telephone number.

Q. When is my Guaranteed Future Value due?

A. If you have a Hire Purchase agreement, we will collect the Guaranteed Future Value in the last month of your contract.

 

Q. When is my Optional Purchase Payment due?

A. If you have an Agility agreement, your options are flexible:

You may choose to purchase your smart by paying the Optional Purchase Payment in the last month of your contract.

Alternatively, you may choose to:

  • Purchase and Part-Exchange you smart for a new model. Please contact your local Retailer for further information.
  • Return your smart to us without making any further payments (apart from any excess mileage or damage charges).

If you are waiting on delivery of your next smart, we may be able to extend your agreement until your new vehicle arrives.

Please note, if you are purchasing your next smart, a 'Purchase Activation' fee will be debited from your account in the last month of your contract. To find out how much this is, please look at your contract under 'other financial information' section.
