You have already:
• Selected your smart.
• Paid the advance rental and decided upon the length of your agreement.
• Agreed monthly rentals and your annual contractual mileage.
Six months before your agreement ends:
You will recieve your Maturity Pack explaining your available options along with a Return Advice Sheet. This will be a checklist of what you need to do before the end of your agreement. We'll then call you to arrange collection of the vehicle and carry out an inspection to make sure it meets our Vehicle Return Standards
For advice on how to look after your car, please refer to our Vehicle Return Standards. Unnecessary damage charges can be avoided if you carry out a thorough inspection, well in advance of returning your vehicle.
Keep making your monthly rentals and enjoy driving your smart. We’ll write to you near the end of your agreement to arrange collection of your car.
What if you exceed your mileage limit?
You’ll find the additional charges per mile on your written agreement. Alternatively, you can call us on 0370 847 0700 and we’ll inform you of any charges you’ll need to pay.
