If you want to know if the finance on your vehicle has been paid in full, call our Customer Services Team on 0370 847 0700.

Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm and we'll review your situation.

We'll confirm whether this has been paid in full or tell you how much needs to be paid in order to clear the finance agreement.

In order for us to help you, please make sure you have the following information from your finance agreement to hand:

  • Agreement number
  • Registration number

Third parties

We can provide clearance to a third party for you, as long as this person has relevant customer and agreement details.
