To change your details, simply call Customer Services on 0370 847 0700
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm.

You need to let us know at least ten days in advance of your next payment date so that we have enough time to change your bank details. This will help you avoid penalty charges from your bank.
Please note, we can only accept bank account details in your name, or someone associated with you, or a person who bank details we previously held.
