What are Over-The-Air updates?

Over-The-Air updates ensure that the latest software and features for your smart come to you without the need for you to visit us. Once available, simply download and install them yourself in no time at all. This not only keeps your smart at the forefront of automotive technology but also enhances your EV driving experience.

How does it work?

Whenever a new feature, quick fix, or update is released, a notification will pop up on the centre screen of your smart. As long as your 4G signal or Wi-Fi connection works properly, the download can occur on the road. Once the update has finished downloading, you can install it whenever you like. Need a hand?
