This is a service ticketing system where smart agents can create and send Technical and System Tickets (IT) in instances where you need support. It enables smart agents to easily create service tickets as and when you need a service issue to be escalated in the fastest possible response time.

This comprehensive, effective and timely information release platform includes spare parts information, service information, labour time information and bulletins. On smart TIS system, smart agents can also search for and order parts, search for repair procedures, special tools, labour time and more to help you with everything you need for your vehicle.

The Rescue Cards are a mandatory requirement for smart agents in order to protect external emergency support personnel to safely break into the vehicle as they risk getting harmed themselves.

The Radio Equipment Directive (RED, EU directive 2014/53/EU) is a regulatory framework for placing radio equipment on the EU market. All radio equipment must have been compliant with the directive from 13 June 2017. Our vehicles have components that transmit and receive radio waves and are therefore subject to European directive 2014/53/EU or similar directives globally.
