In addition to smart Europe GmbH and the companies affiliated with smart, the smart Ecosystem includes smart Agents and smart Authorised Service Partners who offer after-sales services (e.g. maintenance, repairs).

When you purchase products or digital services for your smart or use after-sales services, it may be necessary to share your customer data with the relevant companies of the smart Ecosystem.

For example, if you book a test drive or a service appointment with a smart Agent or smart Authorised Service Partner in your area, we will need to pass on your customer data to them.

Data will only be shared if this is necessary to fulfil a contract with you, if you have given your consent or if the sharing of the data serves a legitimate interest.
