Driving electric is not only about the EV lifestyle, the comfort of your car or the convenience of charging. With the smart #1, it's also about the service that leaves you optimistic and worry-free on a daily basis.

Our Integrated Service Package comes with your smart #1 to ensure a worry-free EV experience. It includes Maintenance and Wear & Tear for 3 years or up to 30,000 miles and a renewal of Roadside Assistance, if the vehicle is serviced at smart Authorised Service Partners.


Warranty Extension

Reliability you can trust: The Integrated Service Package includes a warranty of 3 years from smart. This way, your all-electric journey is even more worry-free right from the start.


Maintenance and Wear & Tear package

We’ve got your back: The Maintenance and Wear & Tear package covers inspection and maintenance work within the first service, including the wear and tear parts. It’s valid for 3 years or 30,000 miles, whichever occurs first.


Roadside Assistance (RSA)

The Integrated Service Package enables the renewal of RSA. As the first service at a smart Authorised Service Partner is included, the prolongation to the next due service is given. RSA is valid from the initial registration date to the first due service – or up to 8 years / 100,000 miles, if serviced at a smart Authorised Service Partner.

High-voltage component warranty

With the Integrated Service Package, we really thought of everything, you get a high-voltage component warranty, covering the HV battery for 8 years or 125,000 miles & HV vehicle control unit, e-motor and controller for 8 years or 100,000 miles.

    The symbols in the tyre label have the following meanings: the "tyre and petrol pump" symbol (top left) concerns fuel efficiency (highest efficiency class: A), the "tyre and cloud" symbol (top right) concerns wet grip (shortest braking distance: class A), the "tyre and loudspeaker" symbol (bottom) concerns rolling noise (in decibels, lowest noise: Class A), the "Alpine" symbol "Three peaks with snowflake" (below, if present) concerns snow grip and identifies tyres suitable for extreme snow conditions, and the "Mountain with hatched area" symbol (below, if present) concerns ice grip and identifies tyres suitable for roads with a layer of ice or a solid snow cover.

    Actual fuel economy and road safety depend to a large extent on one's own driving style. Fuel consumption can be significantly reduced by driving in an environmentally friendly manner. Tyre pressure must be checked regularly to improve fuel efficiency and wet grip. Stopping distances must always be respected.     smart offers the convenience of remote control functionality via mobile phones for all vehicle models. Standardised basic functions are included in all offers. Extended Connected functions are only available on request and at extra cost. All premium connectivity functions require a paid subscription, including an extended connectivity volume.

    The current compatibility of the smart mobile phone app for iOS/Android operating systems can be found in the description of the hello smart app in the respective app store. To be operational, prior registration at is required.
